Cloud Based Customer Relationship Management Solution

It has been easy for our organization because of it's user friendly interface that is simple in managing multiple clients' cases at one time without errors or delays due too technical issues/incompetence from employees who are using this system regularly since many years now! The lackadaisical approach towards updates sometimes causes minor inconveniences but nothing major so far as I can see during my two year tenure here till date!! Nothing much yet, we have realized some benefits like having

Great customer service along w excellent support

I like best that it is very easy for me to use so if there are some problems we can solve them quickly without much hassle or confusion. There isn't anything in particular but all of its features are great! Sometimes when you open up different tabs they don’t close properly after opening again which makes working slower than normal. As far as cost goes this was one of our main concerns at first because we weren’t sure how beneficial using an online tool would be compared to other options out…

  • Easy navigation between screens.
  • Can customize views according what your needs require
  • Reporting functions available through software program itself instead having access via another website(i think)
Cons
  • Not intuitive enough sometimes
  • Lackluster customer service
