Away with stable ulcers!

This is the best design I've ever seen! There is no slipping and you don't have to pull it hard to avoid slipping. My horse is in heaven! All four feet now heal well with Cashel Stall Sore Boots. Thanks, the thickness is good but the design is the best!

Works very well with spats

I have a horse with a permanent hock injury and he stands up with the front of the pastern. In the past I bandaged both of his front legs 24 hours a day and changed the bandages twice a week. I've been using the boots for about 2 months and they seem to do the trick, they no longer wrap around my feet. I bought a second pair to hand over for cleaning.

I love them for horses

They are great for our mare. Our paddocks have a little gravel bottom and can really cause abrasions and cuts if she lays down. They protect and I just put them on at night and no bloody feet in the morning. The first set we bought lasted over a year with daily use and showed only minimal signs of wear. I have ordered the second set to be replaced when the first set has to be disposed of for good.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • weak

I'll take a spare pair.

I have tried many spats and bandages to get rid of my mare's stable ulcers. So far, they've performed the best, offering adequate but seemingly comfortable protection. The material is soft and soft enough to protect her bondage to heal and also protect from further injury. She wears them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and despite their destructive tendencies, they seem to be holding up pretty well! Depending on how tight you close the velcro straps, an adjustment will be needed as they can…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
