This blend of silk and wool feels comfortable and doesn't itch. I bought black and navy blue and am very happy with both. They were large enough to really be used as a cape/scarf. Perfect for a wedding or a more casual event.

Partially synthetic feel. I bought the gray one for my daughter but it's not as pretty as the other cashmere scarves she has, the polyester feels like it's sticking to the skin. It may not be synthetic, but she's not wearing it for the feel. If that doesn't bother you, then that's a good scarf.

I have been collecting scarves for many years. I usually go with expensive silk scarves until I found Chan Luu silk and cashmere scarves for $125. I stumbled upon this by accident when I needed a scarf while visiting family. I fell in love with the feel, the size, the fall and ordered 7 more different colors. They are amazing!

Beautifully soft scarf with a beautiful case. It has a subtle pattern that is just beautiful. I will wear it with my period costume but I will also use it when traveling. It is very small and light but perfect for AC cold protection. I'm VERY glad I got it and now I need to figure out what other colors I want/need.

I've bought so many of these scarves and have given away a few this year! They are so light and thin that they are almost transparent, but still soft and provide enough warmth. I even cut some of these into bandana-sized squares (shhh, don't tell me) and tie them over my face when I'm out walking in the cold. They warm my breath on my face. Wonderful!

This is not the choice for those who want a thick muffler for everyday outdoor use in cold climates. But for my purpose, it's perfect: a packable travel scarf that's mostly worn indoors in drafty restaurants and airplanes, but can protect my neck from cold winds outdoors. It is fine wool with a good handle. A small diamond pattern is woven into it. Dark red is a rich color that best compares to cranberries.

Hmm. I'm not sure what to say about that. The color is ok, if a little more purple than shown online, and is very smooth to the touch. But what worries me is how thin it is. I bought it for an unusual use, to cover the velvet back of a sofa to protect it from the inevitable "head stains" that form over time. I was hoping it would be sufficient to stay in place for a week or so as opposed to what I'm using now, but so far I don't think it will be. It's long enough to serve as a decorative scarf…

I am a man and I really like this scarf. I bought a red-brown port wine. It's a pleasant feeling. This is undoubtedly due to the combination of merino wool and silk. It's also quite warm. It's as wide as it is long. The dimensions seem correct. I checked the width and it was correct. I can wrap it around my neck a few times to keep my neck warm. When it's very cold I can just pull it over the lower part of my face. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I love the color. The dark shade
