I am a man and I really like this scarf. I bought a red-brown port wine. It's a pleasant feeling. This is undoubtedly due to the combination of merino wool and silk. It's also quite warm. It's as wide as it is long. The dimensions seem correct. I checked the width and it was correct. I can wrap it around my neck a few times to keep my neck warm. When it's very cold I can just pull it over the lower part of my face. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I love the color. The dark shade looks good and adds color to the normally nondescript men's outerwear that I own. It feels very comfortable and the diamond pattern is subtle and attractive.
