You can't put anything hot in there.

Don't put anything hot in the CASS OIL HOLDER! He melts the thermal cover onto the baking pan. And then good luck trying to get the melted bits out of the pan. I actually blamed myself when this happened the first time. Why else can you call it CASSEROLE TRANSFER if you can't put a pot in it? So I sealed the cracks with duct tape (good ol' duct tape!) and the next time I used it, I surrounded the pot with towels. It worked! HOORAY! But unfortunately NOT TODAY! The pillow that came with the set…
