Description of Compact Glass Casserole Dish with Glass Lid | Mini Glass Microwave Bowls Set with Lids | Microwavable Glass Bowls (0.65L)

MADE FROM TEMPERED GLASS: This glass casserole dish can withstand temperatures between 482° F and -40° F without worrying about thermal shock breaking it. Non-porous surface does not absorb food odors, flavors or stains. Clear bowl lets you know how everything is cooking without having to poke into it or bother its presentation. 2 IN 1 DESIGN: The lids as serving dishes too so they will work well for dorms. The lid adds functionality for those dishes that spatter your oven, or for casseroles that need a cover to avoid drying or browning, or to cover for refrigerator storage. GREAT SPACE SAVOR: It's hard to find a casserole dish that is easy to stack! Flat top with no knob means you can stack several glass microwave bowls on top of each other in the fridge or cabinet for efficient, space saving storage. MINI CASSEROLE DISH FOR SINGLE SERVING: This covered glass casserole bowl holds 0.65 quart for single serving. Perfect for baked potatoes, veggies, buckwheat, BBQ ribs, bread, taco casserole and rice. Perfectly sized for one portion. Great for small baking needs and fits better in a small toaster oven or microwave oven. TENDER, JUICY AND HEALTHY: The glass lid is a big plus for keeping the food moist while baking and microwaving, and rescue you from messy aluminum foil or disposable wraps. Your food will come out tender, juicy and healthy. Even sauce comes out creamy, not dry. It's great for veggies, manicotti, bread puddings, layered cake and pot roast.

False advertising good for casseroles

I thought I'd get a zyer product. Bought a product from a Chinese manufacturer. Please save money and buy something else/brand. It's not worth it.

Pros
  • Simple design
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Ideal for small families!

This is the best casserole I have ever tasted. This is the perfect size for small households. Easy to clean and can be used with or without the lid. You can even use a lid for a second casserole dish. Very good!

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Expensive

Useful every day

We have four versions of Anchor Hocking that serve us very well. But sometimes (often) we need more than four for prep or leftovers. This version is a little lighter, but every bit as useful as the rest of the set.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Not effective in Bakeware

Good for baking without a lid. And the lid closes well for baking. But the lid pops off when you try to take it out of the oven. As "baking pan with lid" they are useless. It is much better to buy without a case and use a flexible silicone case.

Pros
  • Stable results when testing
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Very Versatile - Kitchen and Dining Room

I like to have a 2 1/2 liter saucepan with a lid to serve as another cookware. I can use this casserole in the freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Borosilicate glass can safely be heated to 450 degrees to bake my Dutch Oven bread in. Cast iron is too heavy for me to deal with arthritis and this dish does it all without being too heavy!

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Approximately

Does the job! - Kitchen and dining room

Didn't want to spend a lot of money to replace a good Corning cookware finally decided to die in my microwave after 20 years of daily use It might not last 20 years of use, but I probably won't last that long. looks good quality and I use it in the microwave daily, the top fits really well and the food seems to cook faster in it than my other one.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Bakers & Casseroles is tight on space

While my Anchor Casserole with lid also holds 1.5 liters, this one is slightly larger but about an inch and a half smaller in diameter. The dish is excellent but not suitable for my needs. I wanted to bake my German rye bread in it, but the diameter was too small as it should have the same diameter as the proofing basket. Therefore, before ordering, please take your measurements to ensure the size fits your needs.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Long wait

It copes with some potential dangers

The description of this product hides important information such as where it was manufactured and what standard it has. I thought it was a good normal standard American dish. However, this is a cheap Chinese dish (I don't mean that the Chinese product is bad, but this dish is cheap even for the Chinese market). QB/T 4064-2010 is an outdated food glass standard issued by the Chinese government 10 years ago and is less stringent than European and US standards in terms of heavy metal components…

Pros
  • that even old people can understand
Cons
  • Some little things
