I received this machine about a week ago and have been using it since. It was very easy to set up and the directions to start it up are also straightforward. I showed some of my employees how to use it as well and they learned really quickly. This works perfectly, hasn’t counted wrong one time. Only reason I’m not giving it full starts is it will randomly say that $1 bills (usd) are fake but only does it with $1 bills. Never happened to any other unless it was actually fake.

Purchased this as a gift for my dad. It was used approximately once a month. After a year it stopped working. After a bit of research we determined the error code we were getting was a dirty sensor (the manual does not define what each error code means, so it was up to us to figure it out). Followed the directions for cleaning to the letter, and still received the same error message. I have reached out to the company with several emails over the past month and received absolutely no response.

UPDATE: the machine caught me in a bad moment of anger, it kept giving me the "double” message and rejecting the count, it does not work if you have old bills and new bills together no matter how crispy flat they are so I slammed it on the floor. Useless machine. I got tired of it giving me errors.I use this machine about 5x a week. This machine works better than expected, very happy with it. Works great on bills new or old, dogeared and rumpled.I haven't used all its functions , just the bill counting option. The one jam I had was when I was trying to feed too many bills at once as a test. It was easy to clear and restart. This is the first time I bought the Bill Counter machine. This one is a back loader. I think the front load machine is a better option. The Auto mode was very sensitive so I had to change it to Manual. I bought this machine last week for 172.16 and now it's selling for 151.95. Easy to use and accurate! Portable as well I can bring with me on the road.Had some problems with the calibrating screw the first few times but once it was set, then didn't have any problems (you can also put a piece of tape over the screw to not let it get out of calibration).

I was not familiar with the Cassida brand and was between this and a more expensive option and I'm glad I made the choice to purchase this machine. This is a wonderful product that is comparable to the more expensive options! Easy to use right out of the box and light enough to tote around if needed!

After receiving this item , I was really unhappy. In the picture it clearly shows cash in the machine . Upon opening the box which was clearly sealed , there was NO CASH included. The photos clearly show cash in this machine.I feel this product was clearly a bait and switch.

I use the currency counter only to count bills and not to verify authenticity. It works very, very well. I've never recounted and come up with a different number of bills. I love the Add/Batch function. That's the function I use most. It batches 100 bills at a time, but keeps a running total of all bills counted in that session.
