Thus, it was possible to reduce the weight of the product by almost 50%, while the strength of the alloy was increased. Now any housewife can easily handle this pan! The unique structure of the bottom of the HONEYCOMB is made in the form of honeycombs, which protects the inner surface of the bottom from possible scratches from sharp objects, and also helps to evenly distribute the oil over the surface, preventing the oil from “rolling”. The stainless steel handle does not heat up (heating is possible only at the attachment point) and allows the use of the pan in a professional kitchen. It is possible to use a pan for cooking in the oven (the handle will, of course, heat up, be careful) All PROFFI cast iron products of the CAST IRON line are completely ready for use and do not need to be ignited. Baking may damage the non-stick coating. the working temperature of any non-stick coating is 250 C, and at 420 C, sintering (destruction) of the non-stick coating occurs. Cast iron has always been famous for its unsurpassed thermal characteristics, and in combination with modern technology, dishes cooked in this cast iron cookware will always taste much better and are now much easier to cook. Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I bought two of these pans for 2 and 4.9 liters. Look stylish. Heavy. Lightweight cast iron. I've been looking for them for a long time, but I immediately fell in love with these. I use a month. Easy to clean, wipe dry immediately with microfiber, and woo-a-la! Like new!

Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

I liked it so much I bought a second one in a different size. I am supplementing the review after a year of non-daily use: the coating is coming off, although I use a silicone spatula. I do not recommend to buy

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

I was specifically looking for this particular saucepan on the Internet. Since I wanted to have cast iron, but I didn’t want to bother with hardening and preparing it. And then there's the cover, and it's beautiful. Glass lid. I cooked pilaf and porridge, I never opened the lid, because everything is visible and nothing has boiled away, apparently because of the shape.
