Perfect. Any cat does. I bought this for my shy little chihuahua who loves it. Two people fit in if they want. I put down a baby blanket and she made her little den out of it. My Active Mix Lab tried playing with it and it's held up great. She can usually chew a hole in something within 5 minutes. This little bed is very hard. Now she leaves him alone.

One of my 3 cats is particularly jumpy and nervous and this cat den is the perfect place for her to hide in a sheltered spot and still be able to watch what's going on. She really got into it - I often find her indoors when I get home from work. I added a small blanket for comfort but it would probably be fine without it. The material goes well with the living room furniture, which is a plus.

I like it! It was hard to find something that wouldn't fall apart. This one holds its shape well. I haven't washed it yet, but it's easy to machine wash. I'm also very sensitive to smells and this passed my nose test. Many pet products have a strong chemical smell that goes away after a while, and I haven't found anything like it.
