My cats love the height of this scratching post. It's smaller than others I've bought before, but my cats don't seem to mind. I recommend this scraper. It was cheap for the size. 🐈 🐈

Ordered 12 x 16 base but got 16 x 16. Had to change them to my existing 12 x 16 base which caused other problems. A cat is not at all interested in a standing or hanging ball, even if it is sprayed with catnip. Otherwise well constructed without good rope.

My cats love it, my two larger cats love that they can stretch out all the way to scratch. The younger one loves to climb on it, sit on it and play with the fluffy ball. It was knocked over several times because she jumped off it. I don't think that would be a problem if the cat wasn't upstairs. He did really well. For several months.

My 1 year old boys have been using this post since we adopted them 6 months ago. They really like it. It looks great and they like to stretch and scratch it several times a day. I installed it and my cat was in right away! It has greater stance with support when my cat wants to stretch out and also has a larger base which helps her stay strong compared to many others. It's too early to see how the splits will hold up, but I have a feeling it'll hold up pretty well. Overall I think this is a great purchase. Will buy again when needed.

This scratching post is nice and tall, which I liked about it. The small bouncy ball is also interesting for kittens and very playful adults. However, the base is not wide enough for this height, so it tips over very easily. I had to prop it up in the corner of my bed footboard so the cats could use it without tipping it over. This limits where I can place it.

Great stand, very high if you lower the middle to allow the cat to reach up and stretch, the cat scratching post must be high enough to reach my whole body and this one helps my very large cat so if you don't have a maine coon or bigger it will be great for your kitty because they love to climb and sit on top for a reason. My cat loves this track. I originally skipped this post while shopping because any toy with attachments doesn't usually last even a day. I've had it for over a month now and both parts are still intact. I am shocked. My cat is about 12 pounds and she knocked her over once, but she's pretty resilient after rough play.
