This ethernet cable is described and illustrated as is. The best thing in my opinion is the price. At general stores, this Ethernet cable, like any other cable, is much more expensive. They also offer a good range of lengths. I found I needed another 15 feet or so and ordered another ethernet cable, but this time 50 feet. I've had this cable for about 6 months to a year and have had absolutely NO problems with it. It works in parallel with AC power lines, above/below wall outlets, near routers, modems, surge protectors, backup batteries and whatever, and it works flawlessly with no packet loss or transmission interruptions, which is particularly impressive considering I accidentally flashed through a few times in sharp turns I wanted to correct it.
