Catry Scratching Covered Climbing Activity Review

Very small and not that impressive in person. In addition, a very unpleasant smell from a scratch on the top of the flower. Almost the smell of car oil. Not sure if they use anything to color the material but the smell is overpowering and my cat smells like it when lying on it. I have no idea what it is or if it's poisonous.

I would say my girl doesn't normally climb on a sunflower unless I put her there but she loves to use the scratching post! Maybe I'll make the sunflower head slanted again instead of flat since it's very easy to change (which I like), but I still love how it looks! I agree with other reviews that the light weight (I use five pounds) helps a lot! All in all five stars!

This is the cutest and my cat loves it! I love looking at a giant sunflower and my cat can't get her paws off it! 🐈I rated it 4 stars because after a few minutes my boy tore off the sunflower because the base doesn't weigh enough. I put a 4lb weight on my back and it's been great ever since! For me it is not critical, I would still prefer this one! And the kit included a very nice toy to play with your cat! 💖

This is so cute. I was looking for an alternative to the insanely expensive flower scratching posts that cost around $600 and this cute design was just what I needed! It came much earlier than expected. It's attractive and durable. My neighbor helped me assemble the cactus for the base, I was having trouble. The flower was easier to attach. One note: When I bought this I thought the top of the sunflower might turn, but it doesn't. There is a piece you need to use if you want the sunflower to move sideways from the layer. I keep it flat for my two girls to sit on and look at the balcony. Not only do they sit on it, but they also enjoy scratching the pillar and rubbing their snouts on soft petals. This scratching post is amazing. My cats are not gentle, petite creatures at 15lbs (adults) and 10lbs (7 months) so it's hard to find things they like that aren't too big.
