Clear covers fit perfectly. It came with white LEDs which were bright and looked great. I was very happy with everything until I was stopped on I-10 by a traffic cop who said the light couldn't be white. He brought this to my attention and I ordered replacement amber LED bulbs which don't look that good. I checked the Texas Transportation Code and the officer was right. lenses worked well with factory OEM base. The dome of the lenses is shaped differently than the OEM domes, so you'll need to replace them all, but most still need to. Great value for money, BUT: BEWARE. If your OEM lenses are old enough to be cloudy that you need to replace them, there's a good chance the black base on your OEM headlights is cracked. Update October 10, 2021: This is cheap junk. I didn't replace 1 of them 7 months ago and finally decided to fix what I needed so I could. I was shocked at the difference between those installed in the last 7 months and those in the box. Not subtle, more like the difference between day and night. They fade terribly and my truck is in the garage. Aside from not being OEM-like in design and appearance, they're just cheap Chinese plastic. OEM is still fine but after 17 years the finish has faded. I
