The chair is great for my husband's ability to now to get out of chair without a struggle . He likes the size., the material, the idea it has the USB outlet. He is now spoiled. Loves the message selections. The only trouble with the remote is . it is hard to read the selections printed on it. It lifts at a great angle for easy exit.

This chair shipped and got to my mother's place in 2 days via Fed Ex. Both boxes (comes in 2 boxes) came together, and the chair was simple to set-up, even without the instructions. The chair is very comfortable, and my mom is 5"0, medium build, so this was actually on the larger side for her, so I added a memory foam pillow under the plaid blanket to put against her back as well as a headrest type pillow on top. This old lady assembled the chair all by herself! It was easy and lightweight. The chair is so cozy and has a heater! It reclines to your liking. I love the cup holders to put my phone and drink it on each side. It is the BEST!

I don’t like the fabric. It’s cheap fabric and for the price it could have been pleather at least. It’s not as fluffy or as wide as the picture makes it out to be. However, it is getting the job done. I’m recovering from surgery and it has helped a tremendous amount.

The dislike The padding on the arms it’s too fluffy and comes in to the seat too much and with the arthritis it makes it a little bit sore especially when my puppies want to sit with me which they seem to wanna do all the time lol

Remote control is located only on one side. If getting this chair is for post surgical sleeping make sure the controls are located on the unaffected arm. Fabric construction is superb but need comfort for feet.

Came in two days, great job to the seller, and the shipper for such prompt service! My wife loves the chair. The chair may be too hot or too cold depending on the temperature.

The chair arrived as expected in two boxes on two days. My wife and I were able to get the unopened boxes into the house and were able to assemble it in no time. It has served me well while I recover from total hip replacement.

This chair was easy to assemble. Four pieces to attach together and then connect some color coded wires together. It is comfortable, the massage is great and the heat is just what is needed. Save your money and get this chair instead of going to the furniture store and paying hundreds if not thousands more.

The product arrived as ordered, however the lift function of the chair quit working after two weeks of normal , everyday use. Unfortunately the chair is amazing. But the massager is going to need some repairs. Some are very loud and squeeling. They should be under warranty though. Other than that I love it and it's perfect for me.
