🌡️ Enhanced CDN MYT200 Meat/Yeast Thermometer Review

I bought a thermometer specifically for the bread I bake. It's a good thermometer, but it's not meant for bread. It has a thick tine that leaves a noticeable hole in the bread. It goes perfectly with meat.

I have no idea why the previous reviewer had paint problems, as I have washed this item in the dishwasher several times without any problems. I recently bought two (for me and a gift) and we both love them. The probe is almost encased in metal, so it is beautiful and durable. The probe is flat so it's perfect for storing in a desk drawer, which is also a big plus.

I bought this expensive meat thermometer because I thought it was better value for money (you get what you pay for - no). I first used it when I roasted a turkey for Thanksgiving. After that I washed it with warm water, liquid detergent and my fingers. Letters and numbers match. What a complete disappointment. A meat thermometer is useless without numbers indicating the temperature.
