Shipping was great, arrived on time. I installed it professionally and had no problems. I want to use my existing extension but it doesn't fit. The fan looks good and the blades are 9 feet off the ground and move the air well. I love the light and the remote control seems to work fine.

We really like this fan! It was a replacement for the one in our atrium ceiling that didn't have a remote control. It hurt so much to climb the stairs only to change direction and speed. Our only problem was that most of our big department stores had very little light or looked like they belonged in the kitchen. This fan looks so great in our large room! Edison bulbs put out a lot of light and the fan speed is strong. Slightly more expensive, but worth it!

We love the look of this fan, but we had an issue with the lights and fan turning on and off on their own Beginning. I contacted customer service, assuming it was a defective fan, and tried to get a replacement - they were out of stock. We decided to just live with this issue as it is in our office and I can easily control it with the remote when needed as I work from home. I think it's just bad manufacturing in China.

I was looking at Menards for ceiling fans and really didn't like my selection. It was exactly what I was looking for. Color, style and remote control. The remote works pretty well, although a few times the fan seemed to speed up or the lights went on and off by themselves. Oddly enough, but actually it wasn't a problem. I really liked the appearance of the product! However, in step 2 of assembly we found that the lower stem kit was missing. It contained 3 pieces. The Revain representative was extremely helpful. They tried to contact the manufacturer (NOMA) but it turned out that the only option was to go back to Revain. NOMA customer service was USELESS. They didn't send a replacement even though I said I would pay for it. Back and forth by email, over and over again. What a waste of time. Time was running out

We had the fan for a while before we could call an electrician to install it. Everything went well, we liked the look of the fan and especially the light. We have 14ft ceilings so our first requirement was a remote control. The fan worked great for a week and then just stopped. It took another week+ to get the electrician back. He found that the remote control in the fan was broken. I contacted Revain who said I needed to email the manufacturer Noma. I emailed them and sent a photo of the part…
