These are good headlights but replacement bulbs are just a bulb with no socket. When we put them on a bush, one of the bulbs fell out. Can't find it in the bushes so now I have a cord that only half burns as the spare bulbs don't have a cartridge to lose!. For such a premium price, replacement bulbs should come with brackets.

Each grid is made up of thirds. Within a day, a third of the set stopped working. We redistributed the four sets purchased to hide the dark part. After Christmas my husband removed the sets from our hedge and checked them again before putting them away for the season. The second section of the same set did not work. I don't think a 25% failure rate is acceptable for such expensive equipment.

I don't know how well net style bulbs work. The description online didn't state whether the bulbs were LED or incandescent, and the specs didn't state power consumption. Since they were compared to similar LED lights and at a comparable price, I assumed they were LED. So I was surprised when they arrived to find they are NOT LED. I sent them back straight away. The string lights were well packaged and easy to open and install for my indoor Christmas tree. I'm older and live alone and the lights are difficult to set up and take down.
