I love this tea so much I feel like I've found herbal tea nirvana. However, about the time I started drinking it, I had a sharp increase in, say, the rate of intestinal fermentation. I racked my brains trying to figure out what kind of food had such an effect on me every night, but I didn't eat the same thing every night. Then I happened to notice that the second ingredient listed in this tea is roasted chicory. It's also an ingredient in Fiber One bars (which I like the taste of too, but I've…

Great for Fat Head Tee!

I am on a ketogenic diet and was looking for a caffeine-free replacement for my morning bulletproof drink. It is so delicious! I've been drinking it every morning for several months now. I named it Fat Head Tea because of the ingredients. I took the bulletproof coffee recipe and modified it for myself. Here it is: 12 ounces of water, 2 tea bags in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Place in the microwave for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags, add 1 tablespoon grass-fed oil (Kerry Gold), 1 serving Sweet Leaf

Good product. But, creators of Heads Up, you have to check it out.

This is my favorite tea! And I'm glad I can order it every six times because, except on rare occasions, Walmart is always upset. My first order was perfect, this order was almost perfect. In the first box I opened, I didn't realize that the top of the pouch was wide open. I thought they reduced the amount of tea in each bag. Then I noticed a large amount of loose tea at the bottom of the box! Apparently this batch went through the car wrong. Each two-bag unit had one bag with a crease at the…

Bengal Spice is a very tasty tea, very aromatic and full of spices. I highly recommend adding sugar and milk or milk substitute, and if not, be sure to add sugar or sugar substitute to flavor the spices! The taste really resembles the tea served in an Indian restaurant. If you want to add caffeine, try black tea. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to. Update: I drink this at least once every day now without milk or sweetener. It has its own natural sweetness. The taste is amazing, it has depth.
