Bengal Spice is a very tasty tea, very aromatic and full of spices. I highly recommend adding sugar and milk or milk substitute, and if not, be sure to add sugar or sugar substitute to flavor the spices! The taste really resembles the tea served in an Indian restaurant. If you want to add caffeine, try black tea. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to.
