This is my favorite tea! And I'm glad I can order it every six times because, except on rare occasions, Walmart is always upset. My first order was perfect, this order was almost perfect. In the first box I opened, I didn't realize that the top of the pouch was wide open. I thought they reduced the amount of tea in each bag. Then I noticed a large amount of loose tea at the bottom of the box! Apparently this batch went through the car wrong. Each two-bag unit had one bag with a crease at the top and two sides were unsealed. The other package was ok. That leaves me with 10 usable pouches. I opened five more boxes and one had the same "fold" but they were all sealed. The other four sachet boxes are fine. I didn't want to open boxes that won't be used for the next few weeks, but I didn't want another surprise a few months later either. Hey, things happen and luckily I have enough tea. And don't worry, I plan to order from the same source if I need more! I just wanted to let you know that there is a problem.
