Great product best grip

I got one of these from the company as a promo with their logo and after 4 years of use mine finally stretched enough that I wanted another (not broken and I didn't have to change, I just wanted to). The new product was just as great as the first one and perfect for my phone. I had to use the extra 3M product that came with it because my surface wasn't smooth, but it stayed in place perfectly. I LOVE this product and will be a regular customer.

The concept is great, but the product is okay.

I bought this because the one I had had a warning and needed replacing. The one I bought before was a different brand. I tried this one because I couldn't find the first one. I need to have one of these on my phone right now. I didn't like this one as much as the previous one. Some time has passed, and the strap is already folded at the handle, and the upper part, as it were, comes off. I guess I'll have to find another replacement.

I couldn't wait to get this for my Galaxy Note 4! I was so disappointed that it broke on the second day of use! Much more secure than pop sockets, but they do stretch!

I've been using love pens for many years and I don't want to give them away, but they are too unreliable. Sometimes one lasts more than 6 months but my last one was too stretched to use after just a month. I was willing to spend money every few months to replace them because they are way more reliable than pop sockets but need better quality control or something. They are not all made equal! The grip is definitely strong, it was too tight even for a finger for a long time. You will definitely drop it and you won't feel that it loses its elasticity. I ended up sending it back because it was uncomfortable for me, but I've been using it for a long time. Customer service was great and allowed me to return for a full refund. Love this thing! Since having this on my phone I have never dropped my phone which is a miracle to me. I'll mention I'm in my 40's and I love this little gadget! I mentioned this because I bought one for my 20 year old daughter who threw it in a drawer and later told me it wasn't "cool" at her age.
