Accessory missing part

Missing parts were missing a screw to screw them together terribly, it just wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back and getting a replacement. If it's worth risking the purchase, it appears to be very durable

It is not a gooseneck as shown in the picture

I ordered this item thinking it would fit my car. However when I received it it was nothing like the picture and there is no way to adjust it, it was just straight. I sent this item back the next day. I was very disappointed with this product.

Adjustable sides no longer hold

Bought on June 8th, on July 20th it no longer works, the return window is closed. There are no complaints about firmness and adhesion, but I can't use it anymore because the adjustable sidewalls are no longer holding up. It's important to note that it was used multiple times each day, in and out of the truck throughout the day. If used occasionally, it can work well. Perfect for what was needed but disappointing that the adjustable sides come loose once pushed down to grab the phone.

Stops working after 1 month

I don't usually write negative reviews but this product really let me down. I don't know what's wrong with the product. It worked well initially and stayed on the windshield for about a month. A month later he fell and could not hold on. I live in Florida and the heat is intense - maybe not made for really hot weather. I could only use it for a month. I would not recommend it. I once had one from another brand that lasted a long time, unfortunately I don't remember which brand it was.
