I have an F250 and thought this would be perfect. Firstly, it is difficult to clamp easily, and the clamp does not work well. The phone AND the clip kept detaching from the rear view mirror. I had to plug it in there. upset.

I liked the idea of having this so I can free my hands in my car, but I have an Otter Box and I don't have one. Not wide enough so I had to gift it to someone who doesn't need an Otter Box.

Please note that the description of this case states "universal compatibility" with the listed phones. I have a Samsung J3 with an Otter Box case. The bottom brackets are firm and not wide enough to accommodate the phone's increased thickness due to the Otter Box.

What you need. The torpedo suction mounts stopped sticking over time. The window vacuums couldn't cope with the heat. This little gadget was exactly what I was looking for. Just one thing: I want it to hang lower so as not to block the view. However, this is a small obstacle. Keeps my phone in place and I don't have to worry about it falling off the dashboard.

Less stars because reviews do not apply to this product. It works well with all my cars but sometimes it slips and won't stay on. Though not always. It blocks part of your front view, but it's the only one I've found so far that's transferrable, and there's no 3m tape or suction cups that don't work. This is the best I've found so far.

This is not durable. I really hoped it would work but it fell apart and lost grip. I want this one to be similar to the one that can rotate as well. This only held the phone horizontally. If you're looking for a stylus that will hold your phone upright or rotate it, this isn't for you. Your mileage may vary, but I wouldn't buy it for myself or anyone else.
