At first I was a bit apprehensive about buying this product because people said it doesn't hold the phone well and can fall off, but my husband and I have been using it for a full week now and love it absolutely. He even has that chunky wallet case and the phone still stays in perfect order! I definitely recommend buying it.

I have ordered two of these devices. I've used magnetic vent clips in the past, but I've found that they don't hold up as well when I need them most (e.g. when using navigation on my phone). I love the locking toggle switch on the back of this unit that keeps it in place even with my heavy 8-plus (hard case). Well designed and easy to install and move.

Easy assembly. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Easy to move and take with you. I looked through many car mounts before trying this one. At first I was afraid it wasn't safe enough. The shape and feel are good and the padded stand protects my phone. I love it! It holds my iPhone 8 securely and comfortably, adjusts easily for optimal viewing, and is stable when I'm using the touchscreen. Very important!

It is NOT recommended to use a FAN with vertical "wings" in the product. Well I decided to give it a try anyway and they WORK great. Is it easy to mount them vertically I was going to say 3 stars out of 5 but that would be unfair as it suggests that this should not be done. I have two in my car, my wife uses one and I use the other. It took me a bit of work to get the angle and position right, but once I did it held up.

I've bought several types of phone holders for my car, including magnetic bulky dash phone holders, but this is by far the best and easiest to use. It keeps your phone stable even on bumpy roads and easily mounts to car air vents. I have an iPhone XS and it fits perfectly, even with a Spigen case.
