We saw this for the first time in Italy. Almost every restaurant we have visited in Italy has used it. The wine we drank with the aerator was amazing. We've since bought three more aerators, all for gifts.

I love this item. I have several aerators and this one is my favorite. It takes a bit of learning how to pour it but once you know it really is the best aerator. This gives the drink the perfect size and really brings out the flavors of the wine.

I liked the aerator, bought two. I kept one for myself and gave the other away. The one we gave to a friend came with the wrong size bottle stopper and was too small for wine bottles. I believe that's the size of an olive oil bottle cap. Aside from being a useless gift for a friend, we love the aerator.
