Cereal Killer Spoon (#A11) – The Perfect Gift for Breakfast Enthusiasts Review

So this is a spoon I can use but you can barely read the text. I've included a picture of the spoon my husband made for me through Etsy (it was a bit more expensive so I understand) so you can see the difference in legibility. It's a cute idea though.

Nice sturdy little spoon but that's the problem. The spoon is just over 6 inches, not 7 as advertised. Bought for a teenage nephew and he needs to figure out who's old enough to play Serial Killer but small enough to use it. Disappointing.

Not so bold to see the writing as in the photos here. You have to shoot just right and read well in good light. But this is a joke gift for my 27 year old son who dressed up as a bean killer for Halloween when he was 9.

I thought it was a great idea. But if you get it, it's not a grain killer. It's just a small teaspoon with writing on it. I was expecting a tablespoon to be accompanied by the thought that it was a flake killer, which would make sense. Teaspoon vs. Tablespoon.

I got this as a stocking stuffer for a teenager for Christmas and he loved it. The engraving is more visible when wet, but still looks good after almost 3 months of continuous use. The engraving is smooth enough not to irritate your mouth and the spoon is large enough to be used as a cereal turner. I would buy it again.

So if you're waiting over a month for something to show up, it should at least look like the damn picture. It's not like this. My spoon is long and thin, and the bowl is about the size of a teaspoon, maybe a little smaller. You know, it's like an ice cream scoop, the kind that lets you eat ice cream out of a traditional tall, tulip-shaped ice cream mold.
