All 4 cups are safe and secure! Not a single chip or broken piece. The mugs are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I love her!

As soon as we took one of the mugs out of the box the handle broke off and my husband had a huge laceration on his arm. Completely unacceptable

These mugs are very cute, but when you put them in the microwave they get EXTREMELY hot, almost unbearable, and the liquid goes cold. definitely don't like it.

Due to the pandemic we have all decided that now at the end of the year we will all celebrate each other's successes, birthdays and holidays before we all have to go home again. Christmas is very special to us as we are all essential workers

They have just arrived carefully packaged with no sign of damage. They are the same as in the photo. Some reviews said they are very big. To me they are just bigger than a regular sized mug. The perfect size for my chocolate bombs. They were expensive but worth the money to me for their uniqueness. You will not be disappointed.

Too late to be good? yes yes it is Used 3 of these for a Christmas Eve movie and hot chocolate with family. As I prepared to wash my hands (according to the instructions as they are not dishwasher safe) ALL THREE handles broke. One cut my finger. I am terribly disappointed. You're looking for a family tradition for life, but not with these cheap things. All four go in the trash.

Charming design and quite large mugs, good for cocoa or other holiday drinks. Everything was delivered in perfect condition, no chips or breakage. I bought them as a gift and everyone who is gifted seems to like them. I filled them with cocoa nuggets, homemade marshmallows, and mint stirrers and it all came together perfectly. Whilst this is a type of ceramic that is likely to chip easily, I have not had any issues with them so far, even in transit when packed together prior to a gift. .
