Apple MFi Certified Double Lightning Headphone Splitter: Audio, Charge, Sync, Music Control & Call Support for iPhone 12/11/XS/XR/X 8 7/iPad Review

I ordered two of these, one for each iPhone 8 in our house. I was able to get my headphones to work, but I couldn't charge my phone with the other half of the splitter. I was lazy and didn't send them back but I wouldn't waste money on it.

This device didn't work with my iPad. I wish I could test it before flying. I was on a plane and tired of using it and he didn't even notice the headphones were plugged in. I then had to share an earbud with my partner so we could watch a movie.

This device works but does not always charge your phone. I had to keep wiggling it to charge it again. However, the sound in my headphones was perfect. Update: it turned out that the charging problem was with my charging cable and not with this device. I am changing my rating to five stars.

I was able to listen to music and charge my cell phone for two weeks. Not today. The charger still works, but the headphone jack is completely out of order. Tested on two different phones and two different headphone cables with the same results. I will return it for a refund.

With this I connected it to the charging cable and Saramonic interface via a TRRS Lightning adapter on the input end and connected the whole thing to my iPhone on the other side. The phone charged, recorded and played the sound very well. I have no comments on durability or strength. The time will show.

I bought this item because I will be traveling a lot with my family in the summer. My kids have their own devices so I like to use headphones to listen to audiobooks or music out of the way. However, it's annoying when your phone needs to be charged to not be able to. No more problems with this product! You can't beat the price! I plan to order another one so I can have one in every car.

This zipper puller works as intended most of the time. I marked the face to indicate that there is a right way and a wrong way to orient/connect both the charging cable and the Apple EarPods so that they usually (but not always) work. Also, in most cases, my phone sends me a message that this device is not supported. Strange message, since everything is said to be from Apple.

So far, so good. I've only used this for a few hours. When I first plugged in my charger and headphones, I was told that my iPhone doesn't support them. I went to YouTube to see if it would play on my headphones and it works while the phone is still charging. Time will tell how well this will work. I bought this because I wanted to charge my phone while recording myself using a karaoke app. You have to use headphones which quickly drains my phone's battery. This is a very slow charger. So I found that it helped my phone hold a charge longer, but the battery life still slowed down when recording videos. That being said, it will charge well when you're doing something else on the phone, but again, this is a slow charge so don't expect it to charge fully for hours. All in all, for $7, it's…
