Best sleep in a long time!

The pillow can be rotated in multiple directions to suit your sleeping needs. If you sleep on your back, it's best to use it with a thick side with a hollow in the middle for your neck. Side sleepers use the same side but sleep further to the left or right where it is thicker, while stomach sleepers use the thinner side. It doesn't feel like memory foam at all. But I like it.

It looks like regular foam, not memory foam. And that's not quite what I expected, I thought it would be less dense and softer. It's quite a firm foam and a bit off-putting, which is something I try to avoid in a pillow. But after my neck injury I had many discussions with my chiropractor about the mattress, pillow and sleeping position and he informed me that the most important thing about sleeping is to keep the neck/spine straight, not out of shape or stiffness/ softness.
