The lotion is good, but the operation of the pump is under the base.

The pump didn't work the first time and I had to use the lotion with the cap completely off. It was such a pain. Then when I got it back on subscription the next month it's still the same problem. Even if I like the lotion because of the functional pumps, I give it 1 star.

Didn't get what you ordered

This is a great lotion that we have been using on our son since he was 4 months old. We first used Aveeno but it didn't help my son's dry skin much. Our pediatrician recommended several lotions including Cetafil. The lotion smells nice and is moisturizing and keeps my son's skin smooth and soft. It's 2 years old now and we still use it. Great lotion for a baby with dry skin in cold northern winters

Let me start by saying that this lotion has a different consistency than that , what you are used to from other lotions. It's not a big deal, just a little thinner, and a small amount really makes a big difference. This lotion has a slightly yellowish color and a pleasant, mild fragrance. I am very sensitive to strong odors as we do not use scented cleaning products or perfumes in our home.
