This software is designed to help you keep track of your finances.

This software was recommended to me because I am currently self employed and it would be nice to have a better way of keeping track of all my finances. I signed up for their free trial and have found that it is actually quite good. Their dashboard has some great information that shows where your money goes and gives you the ability to see trends in your spending. They also provide monthly financial reports and the accountants can give you advice on your taxes and budgeting. The thing that I…

  • You can customize everything within the software from the layout to colors and fonts
  • There are multiple ways to get information about your accounts and how much is coming in versus going out.
  • The dashboards and reports are very customizable and they look really professional.
Cons
  • You need to have your company's domain name or email address registered with them.
  • They do not support Macs

  • Quickly import your accounts from Xero, Quickbooks, or Sage One to manage and analyse your financial performance.
  • Create and edit invoices directly within Ceterus (no need to export).
  • Analyse income and expenditure by category in seconds without opening another program.
Cons
  • You cannot save any changes you make to your charts/dashboards until you close Ceterus completely.
  • There is no offline capability to download reports for later analysis

This is a simple tool that allows you to create invoices quickly and easily.

Easy to use software, no user signup required. Able to easily integrate with other services such as Salesforce, Stripe, Zapier, and Google Sheets. Very intuitive interface, doesn’t take long to learn how to use. Has a wide variety of templates to choose from. Quick turnaround time when needing a quote/quote modification, always gets back to you within minutes (even on weekends!). Customer service was great, responsive, helpful, fast! Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for help…
