Bought a completely empty ink cartridge, sent a new one back and the second cartridge also had an empty ink cartridge. I will not buy this item again. Pressure and delay required due to 2 defective products from the same company. One mistake, but two! Need better quality control. Now I will buy new ink.

This is my first purchase of this Revain product. I printed maybe 6 black and white photos from the internet. Pricey in my opinion but will see how long it lasts. Add says 400 copies per use. I'll see if it's true. Unless; I receive an exchange.
