Cable doesn't work best in computers and accessories

Connected to my device I've already tested it with a similar cable but it didn't work. The cable doesn't work. I pushed it all the way in and it still didn't work. Edit: Bought a second one and it didn't work either.

Easy to use, glad I bought it

I work day and night as a network engineer. Many of the products I work with have mini USB ports for connecting a console. I bought these to use USB-C cables with these devices with no problems as I have many devices that already use USB-C cables. They have worked flawlessly to make it happen.
