Disappointing quality. I expect the best from Chaco

The shoes are cheaply made. Not like sandals. The heel rubs the skin. The inside of the shoe has little to no support and is flat. The whole feel of the Chaco is given by the insert which has a nice arch but is quite thick so not suitable for regular shoes. Overall a disappointment in quality but I will wear them as deck shoes occasionally. They don't stand up to the weekly washings that would be required if worn without socks.

The most comfortable shoes I have!

I'm a shoe lover (60+ pairs) but I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis and my Chaco sandals saved me. I also wanted something to wear in winter and it is perfect. They are not overly restrictive and have excellent chaco support. I even go inside them. This is my second pair as the first ones are very worn and dirty from my adventures.

Pros
  • Easy to put on
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Chaco Davis for shoes

I love the weight, price and relative comfort of these shoes. Obviously there are no half sizes, and in my case it's just too big. But don't fall off your feet and rub those big holes in your heel. The outsole/trimming is bright white and a slightly darker color can be used to calm this down. Maybe a rubber sole or some chaco gray. I'm also curious how they hold up in everyday life. The time will show.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • No shape required

Good, light shoes for busy people!

My husband loves these casual shoes. They go with everything and won't be ruined if he tries to put his feet into lace-ups without untying the laces! Ideal for a busy person. There are no more complaints about pain in the legs.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • I'm worried

My new favorites are moccasins and slippers

I really like these. I'm a woman and my feet are a bit wide so I ordered men's size 7 and they fit perfectly. Excellent arch support. The high quality you expect from Chaco. The leather heel was worn in about a week. I didn't get any blisters, but it hurt a little at first. Now that they've softened, they've become my new favorites.

Pros
  • Working hands-free
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

Most expensive shoes I have ever bought

For some reason these shoes were very cheap. I only came across them while looking for a new set of Chaco work boots. I didn't like the color or style but since they were listed so cheap I decided to give it a try. They fit great - just keep this in mind with all Chaco shoes - if they don't hurt for the first week you don't have the right fit. For the first week or so I had to use a butter knife to wrap my ankle. But now they fit perfectly and are almost easy to put on!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Outlet required

Chaco's answer to Winter Flip-Flop.

I've been using Chaco Flips as a daily car for ten years and I love them. I've even made my wife a multiple Chaco owner who has worked wonders for her around the house or when she's on her feet a lot. So my expectations for my first pair of closed-toe chacos were high (although the concept may seem like heresy). I was so afraid of being disappointed. I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. I wanted a pair of slippers that were as impenetrable as my flip flopsβ€”a pair of winter flip flops, if you
