I find the shoes comfortable but after only wearing them for a few months (usually use them indoors) I was out walking and the part that caused the strap to break and break protects. I would give 5 stars for the comfort but I'm not sure about the quality of the shoes themselves. Edit: the seller contacted me and got everything right. However, arch is very noticeable, and if you have a flat arch foot or a foot size that doesn't fit your typical arch position, you're going to have a hard time. For example, I was fitted with orthotics for a neuroma. The doctor said that I have 9 shoe sizes with 10 arches. Find out and it will help you if you have a non-standard arch and foot.
