After checking the size chart I decided that 3X should be big enough. I am 42DD. boy was i wrong! Not sure if the sizing is wrong or if the lycra is too strong, but it fits very, very snug. I'm so glad I only bought one. It's wearable and I hope it stretches a bit after a few machine washes. But it's so tight it makes me look like I have a big breast! If I could make a positive offer, this is a soft material considering how much lycra is in it.

I've bought 5 of these already. I use them for daily chest dressing as regular ftm binders either don't fit me or it physically hurts me to wear them. Since they're not meant to be tied down, they don't make me perfectly flat-chested, but that's to be expected given that's how I am. I find it well equipped. However, they are very comfortable and relieve dysphoria a bit. I wear mine every day and they hold up well. Definitely recommend if you are a big breasted trans guy.

Ideal for training or to wear at home when you don't want to wear a regular bra. I will say that with larger breasts this does not translate to better shape. Plus, it just flattens the chest. I have tried on many sports bras over the past few years and have mostly been dissatisfied. When he was comfortable there was no support at all. If there was support, part of it would dig into my back or side, or the straps would kill my shoulders.
