I HATE traditional bras. I've worn a bra with wires that dig into me my whole life and the straps bother me. I lead a fairly active lifestyle, taking care of my kids, going to the gym or walking, exercising at home etc. I have a 36B and used to order medium but now I go large. Medium fits well, but after about an hour or two I find the shoulder straps are digging into my neck and leaving marks. I'm 36DD and this bra gives my breasts enough support. It gives definition and avoids the uni look. After trying many different bras, this one is the best. i like big The Wacoal Smooth Bralette is easier to put on and take off, but this bra has more definition than a regular bra.
