🔝 Champro Bat Grip Tape - Enhanced Tackiness for Optimal Performance Review

My husband said he was easy to work with but now my son tells me he can't take it. There seems to be better quality tape out there. Now he wants me to buy it.

I used this for the temples - they were too flimsy and slippery. It worked: not too thick, nice and soft. I've also used this on new home phones - they were too slippery so I put a strip on each side.

I'm quite happy with the Champro grip - it's good value and feels good. I wish it was a little longer - it didn't rise as high as I would have liked with the overlap I used for a soft grip.

This 1.8mm grip tape offers a soft yet secure grip. The drawing on it also helps with alignment during the installation/application process. The only downside was that it only tapers on one end and you have to cut the other end off. The non-pointed end is just an inconvenience so I still give it 5 stars for quality, comfort and softness. Excellent hold!

Product and price are ok. It would be more useful if the wrapper was wrapped so that the tapered end was visible. This seems more logical. Anyway, I spent a lot of time cutting the right corner on the square end to get the wrap to start right at the end of the bat handle, never got it right, didn't realize the product was pre-cut at the right end. corner, but didn't discover it until I almost completely wrapped the racquet's handle.

Used to wrap the grip of my daughter's practice racquet (homemade). The feel of this grip is very similar to the factory grip found on Easton Stealth Flex Fastpitch racquets. Time will tell if this grip rises to 5 or falls to 3. To be honest if I were to rework the grip of their game racquet I would probably go with Easton Factory tape or lizard skin, the savings aren't great but for a practice racquet or project I had it works great. Maybe use to beat league.

I have used 1.8mm grips from several different manufacturers on dual wands and breathing lamps over the past 2 years and they always work great with Champro considering that it is only available in a few flavors costing 6.50 compared to Lizard Skins and Vulcan which are of equal quality and are in the 11-15 price range. Dollars here and there, helps me continue teaching do-it-yourself classes at an extremely low cost. Thanks for really doing this, Champro.

so far it has been great grip for my daughter's racquet, she is on the touring team and plays every weekend. The color was exactly what we were looking for, perfect for my daughter's LXT. My only minor complaint is that they are tapered on both ends, otherwise you'll have to cut them off to get them tapered and lined up properly at the top. Not a big deal but I wish there was a smoother process because it leaves too many errors, luckily I didn't mess it up, but not as clean as rejuvenation…
