Good holder BXA

Good fit and finish, exact dovetail shape. The set screws appear to be good quality steel, unlike many imported holders. However, these are claw screws and the claws are longer than necessary, which takes up some of the engagement with the threads. I ground the pawls to about 1/8 inch long, leveled and polished and now the set screws are fine. Very happy with this holder and the branch holder I bought from the same seller.

They are great for mounting and adjusting tools for quick changes. I highly recommend it. The only negative about them (and this applies to all their brands) is the rather marginal adjustment screws that come with the kit. First, they are much longer than necessary. Second, they have an odd end, the last 1/4 inch or so is unthreaded. It doesn't matter if you use…
