I always keep lip balm in my nightstand drawer and apply it before bed. I bought this and twice in the first week it melted at the top of the lid and I had to scoop it out with a cotton swab. It's not too hot in my house - average temperature.

I don't often write reviews and haven't even bought from Revain. But I have to say that after years of struggling with chronically chapped lips, this is the only thing that works for me. And yes, I drink a lot of water. I no longer carry it in my pocket. do it at home once a day. A believable story.

I bought this lip balm because I was using one I had and really liked which was the exact same product. Unfortunately this one is very sticky like it's going to melt but it's kept in a cool medicine cabinet in my cold bathroom in the same spot where the old one was. Instead of rubbing it on my lips, I have to pat it gently so the whole sticky, liquid goo doesn't smear all over my face.

I love this product. The only downside is that this item is not competitive and for a fair price for this lip moisturizer it is quite high.

This formula reminds me a lot of Maybelline Baby Lips. But Maybelline wins this battle by a wide margin as the Baby Lips line includes sunscreen AND MUCH better taste/smell for the same price as this product. If you don't like the Baby Lips line because of the ingredients, you won't like this one either. There is NO way this can last even remotely close to 8 hours, even when I'm sleeping, let alone during the day. This is one of those "slippery" formulas. It fits well enough and is lightweight,
