This power cable is identical to the one that came with my Dash 55. It allows me to move the camera between different cars without running the cable behind the dash panel. It was a smart purchase.

The cable is thicker which is a plus for me, but when you try to hide it it becomes more difficult than the standard cable. On the other hand, it's not magnetized like the OEM, so it doesn't plug into the dash cam as tightly.
