This stand makes a great stand, but nothing more. The switch recognizes that the power adapter is connected, but does not actually charge. I plugged my Switch into the charging dock when it was about 12% left and figured it would be easy to play from there until the charge is full. After 30 minutes I get a notification that my switch is at 5%. I've tested different cables and different power supplies and got the same results. Not the manufacturer's fault I should have read more reviews but for the record, this doesn't let the Switch charge if it's any type at all on it. There's no space in it, I'd rather keep the suitcase and not break it. I have two kids with fat fingers, but I'll let that stand. Or when they are older and more responsible and manageable. It also seems like it could easily break if tugged carelessly as the charging connector sticks out.

It has to be close to the internet or it will block you after a few hours (of everything, not just continuous gaming) so it's not good for camping. It has excellent picture/sound quality, the controls are comfortable to hold and easy to use. We still prefer Lite over Normal because nothing beats portability and control for the best gaming experience.
