They are really tiny at the ball part, easy to slip out and get lost. The part of the pen that goes into the nose is much longer than it should be. If you have a small nose, it can be a little painful when pressed against the inside of your nose. I recommend taking them out entirely, blowing your nose will quickly lose them if you have a cold. I prefer a larger bullet connector and fewer pins so you don't lose them easily, although there are plenty of these that will keep you going for a while.

only got them a few days ago but already LOVE them. I had my nose pierced for almost 3 years when I had to remove the plug due to having a baby and the hole started to close up within a day. I ordered them because they were 2 sizes smaller than my original piercing and had no trouble getting them through. Also, I have very sensitive skin and there was no negative reaction to it. I also had no problem with my nasal bone coming out, despite a runny nose and rubbing my face once.

It's awesome. I usually buy nose rings from Claire's or a similar store and go through them pretty quickly. I would say at least once a month if not twice. Stones always fall out, but not these! I bought them a few months ago and the stone still hasn't fallen out of the very first one I put in. They are easy to remove and insert, stay shiny and the bollard does not turn over. I paid $7.99 to purchase and was eligible for Revain Prime. For about $0.19 a piercing, I really couldn't win. If I had to guess, I'd say the piercing might be 22G; They are definitely REALLY small (both bar and stone). If you are looking for a dainty little bead for your nose then this is for you.
