My husband bought this for my 92 year old dad who loves watches and he was very happy with this watch. As described, he does everything. We are very happy with this purchase.

I just received this watch yesterday. It looks great online, but it's even better live. I wound it up and set the time which was very easy and I love the ticking sound of the mechanical movement. I have a self-winding Tag Heuer watch that costs 11 times more than this pocket watch and now I will use this pocket watch instead. I have never owned a pocket watch. I liked it so much today that I ordered another one for a friend for Christmas. One note: I don't think the product description states…

I love, love, love pocket watches. My daughter's boyfriend is into antiques and we've looked at everything from pawn shops to eBay and everywhere in between. When we found what she liked, it didn't work. She stumbled across this one and knew it was perfect. Although it looks antique, it works great and you can use it to start your family heirloom. Ideal!
