This was a Christmas present for my father. It was one of the best gifts ever. He still shows me his watch and shows that he has it on. It makes him happy to show it. I think he likes it a lot and it might bring back some memories of his dad's watch. Excellent purchase. Worth every dollar.

Gave this to my youngest when he graduated from college. Very nice pocket watch, black dial and Arabic numerals make it easy to read. Easy. stylish. Both front and back well engraved. I hope he can pass it on as a family heirloom. The only downside is that I would like the clock to open wider. It stops at 90 degrees, which is adequate, but a little more would make reading easier. Bought for my grandson for high school. He liked it very much. He always wanted a pocket watch. We also bought a 56mm Paris 3572-6 black leather pocket watch holder in case he wants to carry it on his belt. "My” only complaint was that the bezel doesn't open at a 45-degree angle, which I think interferes with the display. the beauty of both the watch and the interior of the bezel.

I ended up buying an excellent pilot's pocket watch from Jürgens of Germany. Beautiful watch, German craftsmanship and quality of craftsmanship. The watch was scrap - it came with hours of use so not sure how much battery is left. Looks like this could have been a return as well as the label was scratched off the back of the watch. also set the time around noon - at 5 or 6 o'clock it was already more than 3 hours slower. put it back - put it in a box.
