Bought this for my road bike because the seats that come with most bikes are not as comfortable as mine. This seat has a very soft feel but I can't tell you because we couldn't get it to work on my particular bike due to the bars that attach to the bike being too small and angled too much had to return it .

The seat would fit me except one of the suspension springs just broke. I received and installed the seat about five months ago. I usually ride an electric bike on paved roads and sidewalks. A few days ago during normal driving, the right side of the seat sagged down and I lost my balance. The broken seat spring is at the top of the attached photo. In my opinion, a bike seat that breaks with normal use is a safety hazard; hence the low overall ratings and cost estimates for this seat.

I love this saddle! Since my childhood I have liked to ride a bike. I don't know much about bikes yet, but I have to say that this comfortable oversize seat is exactly what I was looking for. The wide, flat profile ensures a stable ride and stability when driving. The padding isn't overly soft or comfortable, but good enough to handle long rides and hard hits. I'll have to reconsider my opinion in my original review below. I've had this chair for less than a year and it's already falling apart. The seat has come loose from the frame so it wobbles and will soon come loose if I continue to use it. The problem is the same as pointed out by another reviewer: the spring has come loose from the support bracket. If the seat falls off while driving, it's a great way to get into an accident.
