These pizza pans work well at around 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Not deform. I always add a small amount of olive oil before assembling the pizza. This can cause the pizza to slide right after baking. I use it 2 times a week, no problems!

These pans are definitely worth buying! Robust stainless steel and easy to clean. Can be washed in the dishwasher. Perfect for a small frozen pizza or just to warm something up in the oven. They look very pretty, so you can even use them as a cookie serving tray. Ideal as a housewarming gift etc.

I use these pans to make brownie pies. I like that they are not flat. They have a little curved rim that keeps my batter from running into the oven. It's also very easy to transfer from the pizza pan to the plate without sticking to the pan or snagging on the rim. I would like to see these pans in different sizes.

Finding a good pizza pan is hard! These pans are durable, a good size and easy to clean. It's easier to toss that pan around to reheat anything (not just pizza). Every other pizza pan I've had in my entire life has been burned, scorched, and blackened from use. I think these pans will last a lifetime! Good product!

What a pleasant surprise! I was expecting these trays to be "thin" because the price was very reasonable. Since my plan was to just use the trays to bake pizza and then put them back on the grill, the extra power wasn't the primary concern. These bowls are fantastic! Robust, restaurant quality across the board! Now they are used in many other kitchen endeavors. I can only recommend these steel sheets. You will not be disappointed.

I rarely write reviews but this set of 3 stainless steel pizza pans are great! Hard wearing, nice rounded edges, stainless steel engraving on the back. Absolutely perfect for my small gluten free custom pizzas which I love and I can also reheat leftovers in the oven on top. They are slightly larger than a dinner plate and are perfect for that. To be honest I can't believe how cheap they are for the high quality you get.
