Indispensable kitchen helper!

I love eating raw peppers and this handy device really saves time. Removes the core to make slicing peppers more efficient. 2 thumbs up for this ingenious kitchen helper.

Quick and easy to use

Love, love, love! It's so easy to use and gets the job done with just a push and a twist! It's that easy! I use paprika in almost everything I cook, so I use it regularly. I wash it in the dishwasher and it fits perfectly in my appliance drawer. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Little things

The pepper leg just didn't work

It wasn't very sharp. I had trouble trying to put it in the peppers and when I put it in and tried to remove the core there was still too much unwanted material in the pepper so I still had to use a thin knife to cut it out to peel. I just didn't see any value in it.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Worst product I have ever bought

This was literally the worst product I have ever bought from Revain. I thought it would be a great article. The core inserted into the peppers is nice and strong, you twist it and pull it out and the core of the peppers is actually inside the peppers, it doesn't come out with the core 9 times out of 10. There the seeds were everywhere and in the peppers. I've never had such a mess. So many seeds in the peppers and all over the counter. I'll be trimming back the old way and save a lot of timeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Out of date

1 of 2 not bad

I really like this tool to cut off the top of the peppers and remove the core with all the seeds. However, once it's pushed into the peppers and you pull it straight up, it won't take the core with it, and if you twist it, the core will pop out but rip the peppers apart. I made stuffed peppers so they wouldn't break, so I ended up just using the tool to cut out the core. Then I pulled the tool straight up leaving the pit in the pepper and then pulled the pit out with my fingers. Not perfectโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Save time in the kitchen and dining room

This item is really good. The only problem I had was that when you twist it to get the whole core it tends to tear the peppers a bit unless it's big enough for the peppers. Well, to say it doesn't matter what I've used them for so far, but I thought it might be important if you're making stuffed peppers. They'll still work just fine, they might just lose some cheese or juice. However, it is a huge time saver. I can go through a bunch of peppers with it in just a few seconds and it cleans inโ€ฆ

Pros
  • One year trial version
Cons
  • Available in white only
