Chemical Guys CLD_203 Signature Cleaner Review

This product leaves a white residue. It is better not to clean tires at all than to use this cleaner. Use another proven product. I would return it but only used it today after sitting there for 2 months. Simply using a hose is better. Do not buy. Chemist, what are you selling?

This stuff starts removing dirt from the rims and tires almost on contact. You can see the bubbles start dripping brown-black. Depending on how clean you want, you may still have to brush, but this will make the job a lot easier. I diluted as directed so I don't mind using more. Great value for the time I usually spend cleaning tires and rims.

This is a great product and a full gallon of concentrate is a great way to save money. My problem was that over time the gallon started leaking, I poured what was left of one gallon into another and over time the new gallon started leaking. My best guess is that this product is caustic, it burned both bottles directly over time. ALWAYS wear gloves when handling as it irritates skin.

This is a great all-purpose cleaner for wheels, tires, wheel arches, bumpers, exhaust pipes and plastic trim. I mixed it 4 to 1 and made it into town to clean up all those things before washing away the pain. I often use it on full-size pickups and SUVs, so it's more economical than almost any other solution. I always keep a gallon or 2 on hand and keep 1 gallon mixed and ready to use. Works great and I've never had to use it more than once.

I have used a much more expensive rim cleaner on my aluminum rims with an odor that would make you put on a hazmat suit. But the Chemical Guys Wheel Cleaner worked like clockwork—no nasty odor. Use a garden sprayer with a diluted mixture as directed on pre-washed wheel arches, tires and wheels. A soft roller brush (also from Chemical Guys) to get rid of stubborn dirt and after rinsing it was very clean. Works great and saves me a lot of money compared to my previous product.

My wheels have a white coating that I CANNOT REMOVE! I've tried Gain, Dawn, OTHER wheel cleaners and nothing seems to get rid of the white/chalky deposits. It's really getting on my nerves. Great product. I mean it really works. And it works on both wheels and tires! The trick, as with most things in life, is to read the instructions. This product is intended for DILUTION 4:1 with pure water. Basically, if you order a 16 ounce spray bottle, you should get 4 bottles of rim and tire cleaning spray. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!
