Why rub hard when you can use this?
This stuff starts removing dirt from the rims and tires almost on contact. You can see the bubbles start dripping brown-black. Depending on how clean you want, you may still have to brush, but this will make the job a lot easier. I diluted as directed so I don't mind using more. Great value for the time I usually spend cleaning tires and rims.
