Description of Chemours Krytox GPL105 1-Ounce Bottle: Enhanced SEO

Krytox GPL Oils are completely nonflammable. They will not burn, even in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen and are compatible with all elastomeric seal materials and engineering plastics. Krytox GPL series oils are chemically inert to virtually all chemicals, including oxygen, chlorine, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid. They are insoluble in most solvents and are resistant to steam. Krytox GPL Oils, with their low surface tension, will easily wet metallic surfaces and since they are chemically inert, they have no effect on metals up to 288°C (550°F). Krytox GPL Oils last significantly longer, so less lubricant is needed. They are completely nontoxic and do not release volatile organic compounds into the atmosphere. Krytox GPL Oils combine stability, high-temperature performance, and chemical inertness with outstanding lubrication under a variety of conditions.

Exceptional Performance and Value!

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found this lubricant to be the most effective and reliable in its category. It provided excellent lubrication and protection even in extreme temperatures and harsh environments. The viscosity was perfect for my needs, and the long-lasting formula saved me time and money compared to other products. The only drawback is the slightly higher price tag, but it's worth every penny for the quality and efficiency it provides.

Pros
  • Excellent lubrication performance with a wide temperature range
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other lubricants

FORD SUNROOF

If you have an F150 with a sunroof that keeps breaking, you need this stuff. After my 3rd roof replacement, a guy told me about it. Just cover the seal 2-3 times a year. I live in Florida which stands up to the scorching sun and heat. One is expensive

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

Krypton is the best oil

Krytox is the best oil. Check the viscosity table. GPL 105 is thick and sticky. I think it's too viscous for bike ball bearings. GPL 102 is better for bikes. Krytox outperforms all other premium lubricants in S&S Machine's stainless steel thread test.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
